BOOKING TERMS&CONDITIONS

The purchase of any travel services offered by Signature Travel&Tours constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Signature and represents your acceptance of Signature Travel&Tours Booking Terms & Conditions set herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

What's included in the price:

Cruises: Per person prices are hased on two persons sharing a cabin with two berths, Private shower and toilet. A limited number of single cabins are available at an additional cost.
Touring: By air-conditioned luxury motor coaches.
Air Transportation: For passengers departing from Los Angeles, a round trip international economy class air ticket will be included with the tour cost. Air routing & carriers used is at the discretion of Signature Travel&Tours for all of our tour packages. Should you wish to make your own air arrangements, you will be given an air credit. Clients purchasing their own USA domestic air add-ons do so at their own risk. Signature Travel&Tours reserves the right to change the international airline used. All taxes and surcharges associated with airline tickets are subject to change at any time during the year. Clients are responsible for any such extra charges should they occur.
Hotel Accommodation: Prices per person are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private bath or shower. A customer who travels alone is required to pay a single supplement rate. A single room is subject to availability based on prior request at an additional cost. When the hotel listed in the brochure is not available, a similar category hotel will be substituted without prior notice.
Meals: In-flight meals and snacks are served according to the airline policy. Continental or buffet breakfasts are included with your hotel stays. Others meals are included as indicated in the itinerary. All meals are included on cruises in the main dining room. Meals in the restaurants onboard are at an additional cost and paid directly to the cruise company upon completion of each meal.
Admissions/Entrance Fees: All necessary main entrance fees for the programs or places mentioned in the itinerary will be included.
Sightseeing: While the sightseeing program is specified in the itinerary, its final arrangements will be determined by the local tour escort based on local circumstances which are beyond the control of Signature Travel&Tours , such as weather, acts of government or authorities and wars under local condition. However, we will adhere to the original itinerary as accurately as possible.

What’s not included in the price

Airfare to and from your Hometown to the gateway of LAX. Airport, flight taxes and fees, fuel surcharge and any charges levied by local state, federal or national government agencies or airlines. Passport and visa fees, insurances of all kinds, laundry, phone calls, wines and liquor(unless specified), beverages, meals not detailed in the itinerary, gratuities to Tour Guide and motor coach driver, insurance premiums, charges arising from deviation, any accommodations outside the tour period, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of government’s civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity or for any other reasonable cause beyond the control of Signature Travel&Tours .

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of $300 per tour per person is required at the time of booking. The only acceptable form of deposit is by check. Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by Signature Travel&Tours .Signature Travel&Tours reserves the right to issue airline tickets immediately upon receipt of your tour deposit.

Final Payment:

Final Payment in due 45 days prior to departure. Should you reserve your tour less than 45 days prior to the departure date, full payment will be due at the time of booking. If full payment is not received 45 days prior to departure, the Airlines and Cruise Company has the right to cancel your air and cruise reservations. Regrettably, if payment is not received by Signature Travel&Tours , we will not be responsible for lost reservations and any subsequent charges by the Airlines & Cruise Company.Signature Travel&Tours reserves the right to cancel the reservations and impose cancellation charges should payments not be received within the above specified periods.

Revision fee:

A handling fee of $35USD per person will be charged for any alterations or revisions made after your initial deposit and prior to full payment. Spelling corrections of client’s names after air tickets have been issued are subject to airline revision fees. A change of traveler name, vacation dates, or itineraries within final payment period will be treated as a cancellation and standard cancellation fees apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees:

For individual reservations, the following per person cancellation fees apply. Total price does not include discounts, promotions, or special incentives.

The following fee will be assessed per person accordingly when you cancel your reservation:

A. USD300 45 or more days prior to departure

B. USD500 44-30 days prior to departure

C. USD750 29-15 days prior to departure

D. 50% 3—14 days prior to departure

E. 100% of tour fare within 48hours prior to departure(including no shows on day of departure)

Written notice of cancellation must be received by Signature Travel&Tours either by mail, fax, or Email. Oral cancellation by phone will not be accepted.
In addition to the above stated cancellation charges, if tickets for airlines, cruises or trains have already been issued or final confirmation has been received at the time of cancellation regardless of number of days prior to departure), the traveler will be assessed an additional airline, cruise, or train cancellation penalty and service charge pursuant to the airlines, cruise, and train rules and regulations.
Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including accommodations; independently supplied services; and optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

If Signature Travel&Tours cancels a tour:

We will re-book passengers on the same tours with a different departure date or a similar tour. All re-bookings are subject to availability. If that tour is unacceptable.Signature Travel&Tours will refund all monies paid to you by a company check if original form of payment was by cash or check and a credit to your credit card if a credit card was used. There is no additional liability. Signature Travel&Tours cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to the issuance and /or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Signature Travel&Tours .
Refunds for unused services

No refunds will be made for unused services once travel arrangements have commenced.
Service inquiries after the tour

If after returning from the tour you wish to inquire about any tour services provided, please ensure that all correspondence relating to those services is received bySignature Travel&Tours within 60 days after the tour completion date.
Visa and Passports:

A valid passport is required of all tour participants. It must be valid 6 months after the date of return. Your travel agent or Signature Travel&Tours can help you obtain the necessary application forms to obtain your passport. Non-US citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any additional visas are needed. It is suggested that all passengers, regardless of the passport they hold check with the appropriate consulates of the countries being visited to determine if any visas are needed. Securing any visas is the responsibility of the tour participant. Should you wish Signature Travel&Tours to process your China visa, the fee is $150 for a multiple 6 months visa, valid from the issue date and good for a stay of up to 30 days in China per visit. The Vietnam visa fee is $50 for a single entry visa with validity of 30 days from the issue date and good for a stay of up to 30 days in Vietnam. (Vietnamese nationals may obtain a visa for a stay up to 90 days with no additional costs) When sending deposits, please make the check payable to “ Signature Travel&Tours ” and mail your original passport along with one passport size (2x2) color photo and a completed China visa application form toSignature Travel&Tours at least 45 days prior to departure. For a Vietnam visa, please send one passport size photo along with a copy of your passport. This visa fee is non-refundable for any reason and is subject to change. If you require expedited return service for your passport, please enclose an additional $15 to your total deposit and we will send it back immediately upon its return from the embassy. If you are applying for your own China visa, a copy of your passport should be sent to Signature Travel&Tours along with a copy of your China Visa. All documents and tickets will be issued under your passport name. Your passport (with the entry visa) will be sent along with the travel documents once all air and land documents have been issued. Signature Travel&Tours is not responsible when you are denied entrance for any reason into a foreign country, regardless if you have a valid passport and visa, in which case, the visa fee and land reservations will not be refunded. Any additional costs incurred for your return flight is at the participant’s responsibility.
Health and Mobility:

Trips are exciting, relatively active vacations. While there will be plenty of time to relax, there will also be much to see and do. Your included excursions may require an extensive amount of walking. Any issues regarding your health or mobility must be brought to Signature Travel&Tours' attention at the time of reservation. Should this information be withheld, any subsequent occurences relating to this will not be the responsibility of Signature Travel&Tours . Please consult with your doctor before partaking in any strenuous activities. Accommodations in China may not have the same standards as those of the US in regards to providing rooms that is wheelchair accessible. If you are disabled, a companion who will be responsible for providing any required assistance must accompany you during the entire length of the trip as the Supplier is unable to provide individual assistance. Notwithstanding, the supplier has sole discretion to decline the booking of any passenger whose condition may affect their own health, safety and enjoyment or that of other passenger. Additionally the Supplier reserves the right to require a current passenger to end their trip for the reasons stated.
Tour membership:

To ensure congenial membership, Signature Travel&Tours reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour member and to expel from the tour anyone whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interest of the tour group.
Charges for Young Traveler:

Young Traveler must be under 11 years old on the tour departure date, and must be accompanied by an adult, share a twin room with the existing bedding They will charged at the listed child fare or 75% of a regular adult price If an extra bed is needed in the same room with two adults, the cost will be 90% of the regular adult price. Children 12 and older will be charged at the regular adult price.
Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed on transportation that is exclusively provided bySignature Travel&Tours .
Holidays:

During local or national holidays, certain facilities such as museums and restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.
Baggage Allowance:

Size and weight limitations for carry-on and checked baggage vary from airline to airline in each destination. Signature Travel&Tours is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by air carriers regarding overweight baggage. Regulations within most airports require that travelers handle their own baggage through customs. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damaged baggage or any of the traveler’s belongings. Baggage insurance is highly recommended.
Change Fee

After your reservation is confirmed, a $50 administrative fee will be assessed for each subsequent change made to your tour reservation. Should there be any increase in tour fare as a result of your changes, you will be responsible for this additional fee. Once documents and airline tickets have been issued, cancellation fees will be imposed for any subsequent changes.
Shopping

To meet your shopping needs, certain shopping stops during the tour have been arranged by the local handling agency. Although Signature Travel&Tours directors will be happy to assist you with any shipping requirements, we do not take any responsibility for any items purchased at shops on the tours. Any after sales correspondence must be between the customer and the shops directly.

Clients Privacy:

Signature Travel&Tours will not discuss or disclose any details of our client’s trip with any third party other than the client’s authorized agent, the airlines, hotels, land and cruise operators.
The reservation and payment to Signature Travel&Tours for any of our offered tour programs shall be deemed to agree and consent to the terms and conditions listed.
Travel Insurance

Trip Cancellation Insurance is an important travel investment. Signature Travel&Tours is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, theft of luggage and/or personal belongings, or for personal injury accidents, and/or illnesses. For your protection, it is important that you have, or purchase adequate insurance to cover these possibilities. Details about insurance can be provided with your reservation confirmation.
